Getting To Bluesfest

Bluesfest’s home is located on Byron Events Farm  just off the Pacific Highway between Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads. Check it out on Google Maps! There will be plenty of signage on the highway guiding you in the right direction. It will be hard to miss Bluesfest!

Entry Gates

There are two entrances to the festival
North

The North entrance is for day patrons travelling in cars to the Bluesfest festival, coming from the North.

South

The South entrance is for day patrons travelling in cars to the Bluesfest festival, coming from the South.

The Campers entry point, day patron drop off, buses and taxis are located at the South entrance.

There is disabled parking at both entrances. Please follow the signs and directions from the traffic controllers.




Travel

Our beautiful Bluesfest fields are located on Bundjalung Land at Byron Events Farm, approximately 10 minutes north of the iconic Byron Bay and 5 minutes south of the picturesque Brunswick Heads.

Travelling to Bluesfest is easy and hassle-free whether you are local or coming from interstate. We are located only 30 minutes from Ballina Airport and 40 minutes from Gold Coast Airport.

  • Mullumbimby: 5 mins
  • Byron Bay: 15 mins
  • Ballina: 35 mins
  • Coolangatta/Gold Coast Airport: 50 mins
  • Coffs Harbour: 2 hrs 25 mins
  • Surfers: 1 hr 10 mins
  • Brisbane GPO: 1 hr 45 mins
  • Brisbane Airport: 1 hr 50 mins
  • Noosa: 3 hrs 25 mins

If you are flying in for Bluesfest, the local airport, Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is situated less than 30 minutes by car from the festival. The airport offers up to 58 direct flights per week direct from Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle:

Festival Day Parking

Paid Parking

  • Purchase a parking pass for each day of the festival if parking on site.
  • 2 wheeled vehicles are exempt from this fee.
  • Purchase your parking pass here.

Campers Car Parking

  • Campers are exempt from this fee as campers park for free at the campsite under the condition that vehicles in the campground do not leave the campgrounds once parked on-site.
  • If you wish to leave the campsite with your vehicle throughout the festival you will have to purchase daily parking passes. Purchase your parking pass here.
