  • Bluesfest is a member of Live Performance Australia and adheres to its Code of Practice for ticketing live events. As such no refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as required by and/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Industry Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT eligible for a refund
  • Photo ID is required for age and name verification and for entry by all ticket holders
  • The ability to reissue (change the name on your ticket) or offer your ticket for resale (sell your ticket onto an anonymous buyer) may be available for a nominated fee per ticket, however, these services are at the discretion of the event organiser and may be subject to change.
  • This ticket is sold on the express condition that the holder is bound by the terms and conditions issued by the organiser – you will follow the reasonable directions of festival staff.
  • It is a condition of sale that tickets may not be offered for unauthorised resale, on 3rd party websites such as eBay, Tixel, Viagogo or Gumtree. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is used in breach of these conditions, it may be cancelled without refund and the ticket bearer may be refused admission.
  • Unless specified this ticket is sold for entry to the Festival itself and DOES NOT include additional ticket costs for Camping, VIP or Car Parking.
  • Festival tickets are sold per person. Festival wristbands are not transferable, you will be required to exchange this ticket for a wristband. Any wristbands that are removed or tampered with will NOT be replaced.
  • The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms of admission.
  • Audio or video recordings of the Event and performers and artists at the event are prohibited.
  • All attendees consent to being included in the film and sound recordings not limited to photos, film and other audio and visual recordings these recordings can be used by the Event promoter and authorised representatives.
  • It is a condition of entry that a search of your person and possessions may be required. For a full list of prohibited items please visit www.bluesfest.com.au
  • Uniform, undercover police and sniffer dogs will be in attendance at the event. Patrons caught with illegal substances will be handed over to NSW Police.
  • Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced or are not purchased from an authorised point of sale.
  • You acknowledge that neither we nor the event organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
  • Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site – to the extent allowed by law.
  • In the event of injury or illness, we may at our discretion, and at the cost of the Patron, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential or necessary for the safety of the Patron (and/or other Patrons at the Event).
  • The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary program prices. No claim for compensation shall be made if the program is varied for the non-appearance of an advertised artist
