BLUESFEST RFID REFUND POLICY

Thank you so much for coming to Bluesfest and embracing our new RFID technology for the first time. If you have any money left on your account/wristband, please follow the below steps to be reimbursed.
The main thing to do first is to register your wristband on line through this link, if you have not already done so. Then follow the guidelines!

Online Top-ups – Left over funds on your account that were purchased online will automatically be refunded back to your card within 10 business days after the end of the event.

On-site Top-ups – Left over funds on your account, purchased on-site using cash, credit or debit, will require you to complete a Manual Refund Form in your online cashless account page. The refund will be made within 3 business days after receiving the completed form. Manual Refund Forms must be completed online by 8th May 2017.
