Breaking stereotypes and igniting power, ÁINE TYRRELL is a force. A woman with something to say, her live shows are compelling and unforgettable. Her solid stage presence blends spoken word, hip hop, acoustic guitar, and ancient melody with an unmistakable voice and energy that is both electric and intimate.

A thought-provoking multi-instrumentalist songwriter, ÁINE defies labels and blends genres. Her music cradles the spirit of her native homeland, embodying an elated rhythm that a thousand years of ancestry has slammed to the floorboard in celebration and protest. Her music fuses traditional Irish roots into a fierce and wild sonic, leaving you charged in potent fragile humanity.

Calling on the 80 million-strong Irish diaspora to reckon with our histories and rise, ÁINE reminds us that rebellion is not sentiment but survival. Her songs light up memory, responsibility and belonging, weaving Irish history with a global call for Land Back and justice.

After a decade calling Bundjalung Country her second home, ÁINE returns for unmissable Bluesfest performances, her first and only shows back in the region. Honouring the community that sparked growth into her name, ÁINE = splendour, grace, and radiance.

Since leaving Bundjalung, her stomping boots have been shaking Ireland to the core, earning standing ovations, festival buzz and national radio airplay. She has shared stages with Newton Faulkner, Lisa Hannigan, and quickly become a festival favourite across platforms where truth meets art. Her sound has been described as MackleMáire, the love child of Kneecap + Enya, with Hozier’s mother calling her “the most talked-about artist in Ireland.”

Hailed as “a force” by The Irish Times, ÁINE has performed for the Irish President, ignited airwaves from ABC to BBC and now proudly stands in her next chapter, Ireland’s daughter returned. Her forthcoming album MISE ÉIRE, inspired by a tweet of gratitude from Sinéad O’Connor, has already lit fires with its first releases BITSEACH and SINGING OUR WAY HOME — power anthems for Irish women, those seeking land and home, and exiles reclaiming voice and place. Produced in collaboration with DOBBY and James Boundy, MISE ÉIRE stands as a living testament to survival, sovereignty, and song.
