Have you forgotten something?!

YOUR BLUESFEST E-TICKET

Most important! – Your tickets will be emailed by Moshtix 1-2weeks before the start of the festival. If you don’t receive them… first check in your junk mail it might be there!

If you still can’t find them, log in to your Moshtix account and download from there.

YOUR PHOTO ID

You will need it – no excuses! Photo ID is required for age and name verification for all ticket holders!

Alcohol will be permitted to be purchased by those who are 18+ with a valid photo ID, and an adult ticket ONLY. Alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds.

CASHLESS PAYMENT METHOD

There will be some ATMs on site to use at various stalls, but ALL Bluesfest outlets will be cashless – so make sure you have a card locked and loaded.

FESTIVAL OUTFIT

Be sure to share selfies of those wonderful outfits, especially if you have bought one from one of our awesome market stalls or merch store. Tag us @bluesfestbyronbay and hashtag #bluesfestbyronbay

Bring protection for all the elements… sunscreen and hats for the sunshine, something warm for the evenings, and ponchos and gumboots for the occasional shower!

REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES

Please bring your empty reusable water bottles. Free water stations are across the festival. You can purchase $1 filtered refills from all coffee stalls. Bottled water is also available for purchase. No glass!

GETTING TO BLUESFEST

However you are travelling, ensure you have your travel tickets ready! If you are planning to drive to the festival, it is best to pre-purchase your parking pass via our ticketing page and display the printout on your dashboard to gain entry to the car park. We do recommend carpooling (or taking the bus) wherever possible to help minimise traffic!

WELCOME TO COUNTRY

We are so proud of our’ Welcome To Country. Please do your utmost to be in the Crossroads tent at 2.30pm on Thursday to help our traditional owners welcome Bluesfest back to country. Raise your voices, raise your hands, and let the welcome ring loud and proud for the Arakwal people of the Bundjalung Nation.

CAMPING NEEDS

Tents, sleeping mats, camping pillows – and whatever else you need for the perfect night’s sleep. Bring appropriate camping gear for all weather conditions! With possible rain, it’s handy to have extra tarps to keep raised off the wet grounds. Alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds.

3 DAY GLAMPING

Good News: The 3-day Glamping option is now available!

Glamping is the perfect option if you want all the benefits of staying on-site (it really is the only way to do a festival) but want a little more luxury than camping allows.

FOLDABLE CAMPING CHAIRS

We provide some seating in our performance tents. Patrons may bring foldable chairs to use in the designated zones outside of the tented areas at each stage.

HAND HYGINE

Remember to practice good hand hygiene while you’re at Bluesfest. We have hand sanitisers at every bar and in each bathroom compound so whenever you get a chance, sanitise your hands!

LEAVE BEHIND!

Alcohol & Illicit substances – drug detection dogs will be present during the festival • Unsealed bottles • Glass
• iPads, video or audio recorders and any other large unnecessary electronic devices • Umbrellas • Animals

PARKING PASSES

Okay we know we keep saying it… But be warned! There may be queues of two hours to process your entry if you have not pre-purchased your daily or multi-day car parking. Don’t forget to print it out and pop it on your dashboard.
