Bluesfest fan favorites Ozomatli are back! In their fourteen years together as a band, celebrated Los Angeles culture-mashers Ozomatli have gone from being hometown heroes to being named U.S. State Department Cultural Ambassadors.

Galactic

Get ready for one of the funkiest outfits in the known universe! Drummer Stanton Moore, bassist Robert Mercurio, saxophonist/harmonica player Ben Ellman, keyboardist Richard Vogel, and guitarist Jeff Raines are Galactic – and this Bluesfest favourite is coming back to shake our very foundations!

Matt Costa

With the recent release of Unfamiliar Faces, his second album on Jack Johnson’s Brushfire Records, Matt Costa mines his imagination once again, crafting an ambitious collection of songs that explore themes of love, loss and fear.

Neil Halstead

Here is a special artist and something a little extraordinary for Bluesfest fans. Neil was a member of cult shoegaze band Slowdive before forming Mojave 3 in 1996.

A.L.O. (Animal Liberation Orchestra)

Born from a childhood friendship and nurtured on the campus of University of California, Santa Barbara, the four-piece collective of Zach Gill (keyboards/vocals), Steve Adams (bass/vocals), Dan Lebowitz (guitars/vocals) and David Brogan(drums/vocals), more commonly known as ALO, found their musical roots in the feel-good vibe of the breezy California town.
