You can arrive to set up from 11 am each day. You can only camp for the nights that are stated on your tickets. You will have to leave the site by 10am the next morning.
You must arrive to set up your camp by 9.30pm.
Each tent is allowed one car parked next to it.
You will NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE YOUR CAR IN AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL.
If you would like to use your car for the duration of the festival you must park your car in the day parking area. You may only re-enter the campground with your vehicle on the day your camping ticket expires to pack up and leave the site. (for example if you have a 3 day Friday, Saturday, Sunday ticket you can only re-enter with your vehicle on Monday morning to leave the site by 10am)
Only camping ticket holders are allowed to leave their car in the car park over night.
No, there is no power to any of the camping grounds. That’s including the Large Vehicle Camping Area.
There is a Cloak Room at the festival where, for a small fee, you can charge your phone.
Yes. Demountable shower blocks are set up for the festival. They all have warm water ,but with any hot water system, it may run out during the day!
Please be water wise and why not shower with a friend?
NOOOO WAY! The campground is an ALCOHOL FREE ZONE and is unlicensed and our liquor license states you can only consume alcohol on the actual Festival site, purchased at one of the licensed bars.
Do not consume alcohol within the campground.
On arrival , your person, possessions and motor vehicle will be searched for prohibited items including ALCOHOL, GLASS, WEAPONS, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES or anything else staff deem ‘sus’.
No, as part of the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when purchasing your ticket, Bluesfest has a no refund policy. The Festival is an ALL WEATHER event.
Thursday the festival opens at 2pm, bands start around 3pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday the festival opens around Midday
Music finishes around 12pm each night, people are asked to leave not long after.
We do allow gas burners for cooking and gas bbq's. No open fires.
Your own tent, warm clothing, all weather footwear, gumboots etc, mozzie repellent, sunscreen, hat, bedding, - blankets and pillow (even if you have bought a Tipi or Tent Motel), food, torch, Good Vibes.

The Bluesfest camp ground is set up for festival patrons with the idea that you will be in the festival most of the time and will be in the camp ground to rest or sleep. We sell camping tickets per person and not per site.
You are given enough room to pitch your tent and park your car.
A reasonable size tent for 2 people would be a 4 man tent. You will not have enough room to set up a gazebo or other structure.
If you are bringing anything towed to camp with (trailer/camper trailer/caravan) or if you are bringing a camper van/motor home that is longer than 6 meters please see the section on large vehicles.
